In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and App Review requirements, as well as applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Information Technology Act, 2000, Naunihal Son's Ventures Technologies Private Limited ("NSVPL") provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data associated with our services, including MConnect (our WhatsApp Business platform) and OutfitFashion (our fashion brand), as well as any data obtained through Meta products such as WhatsApp.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon verification of your identity, we can delete the following categories of personal data:

  • Account information (name, email, phone number, company details)
  • Communication history (messages, conversations, support tickets)
  • Marketing preferences and subscription data
  • Usage data and analytics associated with your account
  • Data obtained through Meta/WhatsApp Business API integration
  • Order history and transaction data (subject to legal retention requirements)

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to support@nsvpl.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The service you used (MConnect, OutfitFashion, or specify)
  • Any additional information to help us identify your data

We will process your request within 30 days. All data deletion requests are handled exclusively via email for verification and record-keeping purposes.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we will need to verify your identity before processing any data deletion request. We may ask you to confirm certain information associated with your account. This is to prevent unauthorized deletion of data.

Processing Time

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 business days and process it within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. In certain complex cases, we may extend this period by an additional 30 days and notify you of the extension.

Exceptions

We may retain certain data even after a deletion request if required by law, including but not limited to:

  • Data needed to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, financial transaction records)
  • Data needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you

We will inform you if any such exceptions apply to your request.

Data Deletion Confirmation & Meta Callback

Once your data deletion request is processed, we will send a confirmation to your registered email address. If you used MConnect or OutfitFashion, your account will be deactivated and all associated data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

As required by Meta's App Review for applications using the WhatsApp Business API, NSVPL provides a Data Deletion Callback URL that Meta can use to confirm data deletion status. Upon processing your request:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. will be notified of the deletion confirmation via the registered callback mechanism
  • Any data associated with your WhatsApp account that was obtained through MConnect will be deleted or anonymized
  • A confirmation receipt will be generated, which you may request for your records

You can verify the status of your data deletion request at any time by emailing support@nsvpl.in with your request reference number.
